- Where can I find the order and position number?
- You will find the order and position number in the spacer bar between the glass panes. The two numbers are separated by a slash and usually appear as one of the first or last in the text string. See top two image examples.
  The Order and position number can also be seen on a silver sticker, which is located in the frame when the unit is in the open position. See bottom image example.
  
  Note: On units without glass, the order and position number can only be found on a label in the frame.
  If you can not identify the order number, take a picture of the entire text string and attach this as documentation.
