A highly insulated concrete wall structure internally and the triple glazed timber windows contribute to the thermal efficiency of the building meaning low heating bills and a consideration to the environment. The whole roof is made up of SIPS panels providing additional insulation, yet still leaving space for a whole storey of the accommodation at roof level.
